If there’s one thing that defines my life and career, it’s resilience. I’ve always believed that no matter what life brings, you can find a way forward, and often, that new path
opens doors you never expect.
My journey has been anything but linear, but every twist and turn has shaped who I am: a mother, an entrepreneur, a real estate broker, and above all, someone deeply committed to helping others.
I grew up in Massachusetts, right on the edge of Connecticut and Rhode Island, and I've always called New England home. Out of school, I got married and started a family while working as a dental assistant. For 15 years I balanced work and motherhood, including many of those years as a single mom.
By the time I had my third child, working outside the home and paying for daycare for three kids just didn't make sense. So I took a leap and started a home daycare, something that let me build a business and still be present for my own children. Within a year, it grew into a full-fledged daycare center with 40 kids. I was only 29, managing a business and a staff older than myself, sometimes staying up all night painting walls and making improvements. That experience showed me I had the drive to succeed no matter the challenge, and it made me fall in love with owning my own business.
Real estate came next. I was looking for a flexible career that could grow alongside my life and my kids instead of competing with it, and I found that first as an investor, then as a licensed agent in 2002. What started as a part-time venture quickly became my passion. I loved the challenge of helping first time buyers find their homes and guiding families through emotional transitions, all while investing in properties myself and restoring historic homes. Over the years, I've weathered market crashes, started and sold other businesses including a successful cleaning company, and learned that the best agents are the ones who show up for their clients no matter the market conditions.
Entrepreneurship has become a core part of my identity. It’s been my saving grace in moments when there seemed to be no other options. I created solutions to my own problems and learned how to build a business from the ground up. It's hard to see how far you've come when you're in the middle of it, but looking back now, I can see that grit, creativity, and a refusal to accept failure have defined my life. My kids have always been my motivation, and now, as a grandmother of five, family remains at the center of everything I do.
That's proven truer than ever since we lost my son in 2023. Our family grieved deeply, trying to piece back together some sense of normalcy. We founded a charity in his honor, Forever Thirty-Three, and now host an annual golf tournament to raise money for mental health awareness.
In need of a project during this time, I bought a 1753 farmhouse to restore. I've always felt a calling to historic homes and the chance to serve as a steward, helping to maintain these craftsman homes for the next generation. This home has become a sanctuary for us. Today, my daughter, granddaughter, and son live here with me. Between the endless home restoration projects and learning to live on a small farm with goats, chickens, and a garden, we've found a sense of healing and togetherness we hadn't had in a long time. I like to think there's a silver lining in everything, and we have certainly found it.
My experiences have given me a clearer sense of purpose, helping others find what we've found in our own home: a sanctuary to heal, a space to gather, and room to start new adventures together. That's the power of a home, and it's what I want to help every client find.
With over two decades of real estate experience, I offer clients a unique depth of expertise. I have invested in properties, renovated historic homes, and successfully managed hundreds of transactions. This hands-on experience allows me to quickly recognize a home's true potential and distinguish between costly structural issues and simple cosmetic fixes. These insights help me guide clients to make informed decisions that fit their needs and goals. My market knowledge covers Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Florida, where I have a network of clients, friends, and family. I believe everyone deserves a trusted advocate, no matter where life takes them, and I’m fortunate to work in these unique markets.
My approach to client service is personal and hands-on. I work hard to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible, whether that means solving last-minute problems, connecting clients with trusted service providers, or handling the details to ensure a seamless closing. Building lasting relationships is my top priority, and I strive to make sure every client feels supported, understood, and empowered throughout the process. My goal is always to help people find not just a house, but a true home.
Sincerely,

Robin Delaney
